Can you Keep a Promise to yourself…
If you have followed me on social media at all this last month you have read my posts about the last 90 day challenge that I will be starting as of 10/1/2019 (Tomorrow). The intention behind this challenge is that I leave 2019 and go into the year 2020 as the best possible version of myself. Is the challenge hard? Yes! Will the struggle be worth it? Heck Yes! Which is why I ask you friends, will you join me in doing the last 90 day challenge. Overall the last 90 day challenge is completely Free to participate in but there are 5 things that will be asked of you everyday to complete!
And yes you guys, I did say EVERYDAY!! So here it is… Here is what is called the 5 to Thrive…
1.) Get up an hour earlier than you normally do and use this time for “you”. If getting up one hour early is not your thing make sure you are spending one hour designated solely to yourself, and did I mention EVERYDAY.
2.) Workout for at least 30 mins. Move your body y’all. Take a walk with the kids, jump on your trampoline, anything that will get your heart rate up for 30 mins. EVERYDAY.
3.) Drink half of your body weight in ounces of water…EVERYDAY!!
4.) Now this one is VERY Important… Give up one Food Category you know you shouldn’t be eating anyway. This is not a weight loss thing, so please don’t treat it as such. This is about keeping a promise to yourself!
5.) EVERYDAY practice gratitude! Get a cheap notebook and write down 10 things you are grateful for! This practice is not rock science, seriously greatness is all around us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Appreciate all that greatness and write it down, and yes EVERY stinkin Day.
If you have read this far.. I want you to know you can do this challenge. Friendly reminder you don’t do this challenge for anyone else but yourself! We go through life everyday keeping promises to everyone else and yet daily break the promises we set for ourselves. Change that! Show yourself you are stronger than that. Show yourself what it looks like to no longer breaking a promise to yourself. Doing the last 90 day challenge will change your life. I am living proof it has changed mine. So Join me ladies and fellas. Together lets have fun, motivate each other, and leave 2019 stronger, happier, healthier than we have ever imagined for ourselves.
